HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GOODS? 
  • Almost all online orders are delivered within a week, many within 2 or 3 working days (we are closed on Mondays) 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I’VE ORDERED?
  • We want customers to love what they buy. All our rugs and carpets and most items may be taken on approval from our store or via our website. You have 2 weeks from delivery for goods to be returned if for any reason you don't want to keep it. We offer a full on returned items less shipping (even if our listing states free shipping). The exception is if the item is not what was ordered, or is faulty. In that case the refund is for the price you paid and we will cover the return shipping cost.  
CAN I ORDER ONLINE BUT COLLECT IN YOUR STORE?
  • Yes, see our shop hours. Select 'Pick Up' when placing your order. We will be in touch when your order is ready to collect. 
ARE THE COLOURS OF THE PRODUCT EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON THE WEBSITE? 
  • We try to get this right in the photography stage. We do not claim perfection. Keep in mind that screens don't all show colours equally.
